your application, we will contact you, provide the necessary
demonstrations; and, calculate your one-time setup
charge and monthly licensing fee. Upon your agreement, we
will activate your account; and, on initial login, ask that you accept out License.
Your organization is then ready to use eMinistrate.

| Our fees are very competitive and are basically determined
by your requirements. |

| There is a one-time setup charge which includes a minimum
of four hours of training to help you get started. We
can provide additional training and support to expedite your
unique setup requirements, and will provide this assessment beforehand.

Subscriber Application

The monthly charge is a license fee which entitles your account
and its user(s) access to our software. It covers associated
data storage requirements, nightly backup runs, ongoing
support, and future upgrades.

Other fees: Special requests for "add on" functionality,
custom reports, etc. will be charged on a time and material.

| Getting Started |
|
|
Upon acceptance of our License Agreement, the process of
getting started can happen very quickly. Because our software
allows you to enter information "on the fly," it is
possible to be up and running within a day. We can help
expedite the process by converting data into our repository
using customized programs. A recent client had an
organization of approximately twenty people and over
700 assets, each with over 60 identifiable asset elements.
We were able to assist our client by providing
automated uploads from various spreadsheets which
allowed them to be operating with our software in less
than a week. |
