The founders of eMinistrate,
a California-based corporation,
recognized the great potential
benefit to managers
of cost-effective delivery
of information. Their initial
product, CondoWorks, was
created for condominiums,
but it soon became apparent
that its design would work
for any organization. Our founders
have broad exerience in the related
disciplines of Asset Management, Reserve Studies,
Insurance, Software Design, and
Marketing.
